Is a NYS Certified K-12 Visual Arts Teacher and Freelance Artist from Long Island, New York. After graduating from Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in Illustration in 2021, Della Penna graduated from Adelphi University with an MA in Art Education in 2024.

Della Penna has also written and illustrated two original children’s books, Violet’s Big Adventure, and Marty The Moth.
